A recent visitor has commented as follows - "Cash not always accepted. Cash accepted when it was quiet but not later on when it was busier. It appears that it depends if the bar staff can be bothered to handle cash and give change. Always worth asking, and having the exact amount helps if paying by Cash is preferable."

The independent live music bar Silver Bullet closed in June 2016, after a seemingly unsuccessful crowd funding attempt to keep it open, and was bought out by Goodman Restaurant Group – the company that owns the Burger and Lobster chain. Subsequently reopened in October 2016 as Zelman. Which itself then closed.
