12:00 : Meet at the Barrel Vault in St Pancras. Prompt 12pm start (so if any breakfast or beer beforehand, get there earlier).

Walk along the Regents Canal to the Wenlock Arms, 26 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7TA (2 miles) .

As it involves a bit of street walking in Islington, we could have a mini stop at the York, 82 Islington High Street, London,N1 8EQ, as we have to pass it.

Carry on along the canal to the Five Points Tap Room, 61 Mare Street, Hackney, E8 4RG (2 miles)

then partly through London Fields to the Old Ship, 2 Sylvester Path, Hackney, E8 1EN, (or similar) in Hackney.

Then overground back to Highbury & Islington to finish in the Pocket, 25 Canonbury Lane, London,N1 2AS
