Annually, the London Branches of CAMRA vote for an organisation, or an individual, to recognise who has made a major impact on real ale and pubs within London.

This year, the award has been given to Robert Thomas, the founder of the Remarkable Pubs company.

Come and join East London CAMRA, and others, to celebrate on Tuesday 28 October, 7pm at the first of Robert’s Remarkable pubs, the Prince George at 40 Parkholme Road, Dalston E8 3AG

The shield will be presented to Robert by Torquil Sligo Young, nephew of John Young and CAMRA’s Regional Director, Ellie Eames.
