See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
A long, one-room pub which opens out towards the back and leads off an atmospheric, traffic-free street meaning that the outside seating area is relatively fume free. It is a busy, lively, popular venue with large screen TV (picture only), piped music, snacks and an extensive menu of pub standards served daily. In 2013 (Aug) it became the 50th North London pub accredited to CAMRA's LocAle scheme and regularly has LocAle beers from various London breweries. 10% discount for CAMRA members.
The pub has recently (March 2022) started to stock Old Peculier - encouraged by regulars who used to sup it at the Museum where it is no longer on sale. It can at times be swapped for Hammerton Penton Stout which said regulars also seem to have developed a taste for.
Weston's Old Rosie is no longer considered a "real cider" by CAMRA's defintion.
