Dec 2019 - Seemingly owned by EEH Ventures, the same mob as the Midland in Hendon. Their website claims planning for residential use has been applied for. No application is showing on the council's website.

Reported April 2019 - "I notice that the Jolly Anglers in Station Road, Wood Green, has closed and is boarded up. There;s no "For Sale" notice or similar as yet..." The 1905 cottage-like exterior is quite striking, leading to a modern interior, large sports screens, pool table, darts and very handy for Wood Green station. DJs Fri/Sat nights. Outside benches down left-hand side of pub. All hand pumps turned around on 13th Nov 2017. No idea if this is a permanent situation but (to put it politely) the person behind the bar didn't encourage conversation.
